Double Bedroom 2BHK Scheme 4th Phase List Telangana
The Government of Telangana has initiated the 2 BHK housing scheme to allocate double bedroom houses within the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits. The scheme is planned to be completed in six phases.
On September 27, 2023, the Hyderabad Collectorate released the 3rd phase list of beneficiaries for the 2 BHK scheme, which includes 36,884 beneficiaries. The Minister of Animal Husbandry, Talasani Srinivas Yadav, has announced that the allocation of 36,884 houses has been successfully completed in one go.
As of now, the allocation of 36,884 houses in the 3rd phase marks the final phase of this scheme. All the constructed houses have been allotted to eligible beneficiaries within GHMC limits. Additionally, 10% of the houses constructed outside GHMC limits and any additional house units will be allocated to local individuals in need without an online draw.
The remaining 30,000 double bedroom houses out of a total of 1 lakh 2 BHK housing units are currently under construction at various stages. The schedule for the allocation of these remaining houses will be published soon after their completion.
2BHK Scheme 4th Phase in Hyderabad Latest Status
The concerned district collector has completed the selection of beneficiaries for the houses that are reserved under the local quota of the respective assembly constituency for individuals residing outside the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits.
The government has already distributed the keys of double bedroom houses to over 65,000 beneficiaries in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd phases of the Double Bedroom Dignity Housing Scheme within Hyderabad.
