Oprah Book Club List 2024

The 2024 Oprah Book Club List, showcasing this year's featured books, has been released. Since 1996, the Oprah Book Club has been curating reads that stimulate discussions, ignite enlightenment, promote emerging authors, and reintroduce us to established literary figures.

The primary goal of choosing a book for the Oprah Book Club List is to unite readers within a community of like-minded book enthusiasts. Each selection in this list is personally chosen by Oprah, who takes joy in sharing her favourite books with the club's continuously expanding audience.

Oprah was profoundly moved by her latest selection, "The Covenant of Water" by Abraham Verghese. This book now stands alongside other notable picks from Oprah's Book Club, including Nathan Harris's "Sweetness of Water," Michelle Obama's "Becoming," Cheryl Strayed's "Wild," and Imbolo Mbue's "Behold the Dreamers." Over the years, the club has also featured a multitude of titles, encompassing both fiction and nonfiction. These captivating stories, once brought into the spotlight, leave an indelible mark – a sentiment that Oprah herself would readily affirm.
